What I miss about Tyler, TX & Longview, TX
Here is a place for some great memories to share: Have you gone to the same places like the malls there, the movie places, the olive garden, etc?! What was a good location to forget about the campus routine..I recall one day during "forum" having been in this little Mexican Place next to Subway and Pizza Hut half way 2 Longview, and there "we" met even other teachers "skipping..." That was so funny, table on table so-to-speak :)
How do you rate TODAY the 1 dollar burger days in and around Big Sandy! Half of the school was always there, crazy.

you mean this one next to Pizza Hut, if i recall correctly?!
I'll never forget the first time I went to CiCi's... all you can eat for cheap! Nice break from the ramen+hot pot diet.
The school food was so politically correct with no spices that everybody had to dislike it from around the world. If you offend them all, nobody can complain :)
There is nothing "unclean" about a great Texan Burger, my friend, made by the locals...
